Accessing Workday

Logging in and checking Workday should often be a part of your routine at work. There are many ways to quickly get to Workday, including in your browser, on The Fountain, via the mobile app, and more. You may also notice links to Workday in other places or pages you used to visit to complete tasks that have now moved to Workday. Here are just a few of the places you can easily find Workday:

• Direct Link in a Browser
  • Open your web browser.
  • Go to https://www.myworkday.com/minnstate
  • Go to https://link.mnsu.edu/workday
• Tip! Bookmark Workday in your browser for quick access
  • Bookmarking on Google Chrome
  • Bookmarking on Safari
  • Bookmarking on Microsoft Edge
• In the Micrsoft 365 Apps Waffle
  • Open your web browser and go to MavMAIL.
  • Click on the Apps Waffle in the top left corner and search for Workday.

• On The Fountain
  • Go to the Fountain Workday page.
  • Click the Log in to Workday button.
• In Eservices Employee Dashboard
  • Open your web browser and go to Eservices Employee Dashboard.
  • Click the Workday link under Employee Applications.
  • You may also see Workday linked in other areas in Eservices that have now moved to Workday, including Timesheets.
• Via the Mobile App
  • Open the app store on your mobile device.
