This article shows how and where to access Workday for employees, including via direct link, in Microsoft 365, in Eservices, and on The Fountain.

How-To

There are many ways to access workday online.

Accessing Workday in a Web Browser via Direct Link

Step 1 - Open your web browser.

Step 2 - Go to the Workday login page

Step 3 (Optional) - Bookmark the link above in your browser for quick access

Accessing Workday in the Microsoft 365 Apps Waffle

Step 1 - Open your web browser and go to MavMAIL.

Step 2 - Click on the Apps Waffle in the top left corner and search for Workday

Accessing Workday on the Fountain

Step 1 - Go to the Fountain Workday page.

Step 2 - Click the Log in to Workday button.

Accessing Workday in  Eservices Employee Dashboard

Step 1 - Open your web browser and go to Eservices Employee Dashboard.

Step 2 - Click the Workday link under Employee Applications.

Note: You may also see Workday linked in other areas in Eservices that have now moved to Workday, including Timesheets.

Accessing Workday via the Mobile App

Step 1 - Open the app store on your mobile device.

Step 2 - Download Workday for Apple or Android.​​​​​​

Outcome

The user will be able to access Workday in a variety of ways.
