This article explains how to access your notes on an iPhone using your Office 365 account.
How-To
If you have previously configured your iOS device to connect to Office 365, you can access notes following the steps below. To setup your device to access your Office 365 account, follow these instructions
- Tap Settings
- Select Notes
- Choose the Default Account
- Choose Exchange.
Outcome
After following these steps, your iPhone’s Notes app will use your Exchange account as the default, allowing you to view and manage your Office 365 notes.
