These are the processes to use the Traka Keybank.
Environment
Choose one, delete the other:

How-To
Instructions
Check out rings
- Present your MavCARD to the reader. You will hear a click and the door should unlock
- Identify the ring you are checking out. You have 40 second before the cabinet will send an alarm. The rings that are available to take will have green lights next to them.
- Press the black button to release the ring and pull out the bullet
- Close the cabinet door
If you do not close the door with-in 40 seconds an alarm raised
Returning rings
- Present your MavCARD to the reader. You will hear a click and the door should unlock
- Push the bullet into the spot it was taken from. You have 40 second before the cabinet will send an alarm. The cabinet will put a amber light next to the spots you have removed rings from
- You will hear a click when it is in the proper position
- Close the cabinet door
If you do not close the door with-in 40 seconds an alarm raised
Trouble Shooting Issues
Check who has a ring out? (“*” then type the position number followed by the “#” key)
Cabinet says the ring is in the wrong position! (Remove the ring and put it in the correct position)
It won’t let me in to get a ring out! (Contact the above people)
The cabinet doesn’t seem to have power! (Contact the above people)
Outcome
The user will now know how to use the Traka Keybank and troubleshoot issues they may come across.
