Overview
If you’ve forgotten your Krypton account password or need to update it, you can reset it through the Campus Account Settings page. The process is quick and only requires your StarID login.
How-To
- Open a web browser.
- Navigate to Campus Account Settings.
- Log in using your StarID and StarID password.
- Under Passwords, select Change Krypton.mnsu.edu password.
- Create a password for your account.
- Verify your password by retyping your new password.
- Click Submit password change.
- If you verified your password correctly, you should get a notification stating your password was changed as requested.
Outcome
After completing the steps and submitting your new password, your Krypton password will be successfully updated. You’ll receive a confirmation message letting you know the change was made.
