Question

What if I don't have cell service while traveling internationally?

Overview

  1.  Install and configure the Microsoft Authenticator app on your cell phone prior to traveling

 

  1. When signing into Office 365, choose sign in another way

 

  1. Select Use a verification code from my mobile app

 

  1. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your cell phone and type in the code that is associated with your [StarID]@minnstate.edu or [StarID]@go.minnstate.edu account
