What if I don't have cell service while traveling internationally?

Overview

1.  Install and configure the Microsoft Authenticator app on your cell phone prior to traveling

• Android Phones
• iOS, Apple iPhones

2. When signing into Office 365, choose sign in another way

3. Select Use a verification code from my mobile app

4. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your cell phone and type in the code that is associated with your [StarID]@minnstate.edu or [StarID]@go.minnstate.edu account
