Change Default Ringtone on Zoom Phone

Question

How do I change my default Zoom Phone ringtone on my Zoom app or my Yealink desk phone?  

Overview

Zoom Phone ringtone options and volume settings can be changed on the different devices:

Zoom Desktop or Laptop App

To change the default ringtone on your Zoom Phone through the Zoom app, follow the steps below:

1. Click on your profile on the upper right-hand side in the Zoom Application
2. Select Settings > Audio > Scroll down to Ringtones
3. You have the option to select a different ringtone for your Extension (internal calls) and your Direct Number (external calls)

Zoom Smartphone App

To change the default ringtone on your Zoom smartphone app, follow the steps below:

1. Within the Zoom app, select ... More > General > Ringtones > Phone
2. You have the option to select a different ringtone for your Extension (internal calls) and your Direct Number (external calls)

Yealink Phone

To change the default ringtone on your Yealink Phone, follow the steps below:

1. On your Yealink phone, select Menu > Basic > Scroll down to Sound > Hit Enter > Select 1 for Ring Tones and hit Enter
2. You have the option to change the ringtone from this menu
