Question
I am unable to receive or view any emails in Outlook. In the bottom right hand corner it says not connected to MNSU. I am using Windows 10 with Outlook, what can I do?
Overview
You will need to turn your cached mode off, then back on. To do so, please use the following instructions:
- Once in Outlook, click the File tab
- Click Account Settings
- Select the first option, Account Settings
- Click Change... located directly above where it shows you your email address
- Uncheck the box next to Use Cached Exchange Mode
- Click Next. You will now be required to restart your Outlook
- Close Outlook and then open Outlook
- Your emails should now begin populating again. Follow steps 1-7, checking the box next to Use Cached Exchange Mode
