Cleaning Up System Files

Overview

 There is a way to remove old system files from a Windows device. The steps to follow are for the process of cleaning up system files. 

How-To

  1. In Windows Search Menu, search for Disk Cleanup
  2. Select Clean up system files. The program will restart

  3. Click on the More Options tab
  4. Under System Restore and Shadow Copies, click Clean up...

  5. Click Delete

Outcome

The old system files will have been removed.
