Zoom Phone Voicemail Greeting Setup

How do I setup my voicemail greeting?  

Overview

With Zoom Phone, you can customize your voicemail greeting. 

Zoom App:

1. Sign in to the Zoom web portal.
2. In the navigation menu, click Phone. 
3. Click the Settings tab.
4. Click on Edit under "Greeting & Leave voicemail instruction" 
5. Select Add Audio
6. You will have 3 options: 
   1. Text to Speech 
   2. Upload
   3. Record by Computer
7. Text to speech you can type the message you want an automated voice to play and then listen to it to verify it sounds audible. You can also change the voice under the Voice drop down. 
8. Upload lets you select an audio MP3 or WAV file that has already been created.
9. Record by Computer lets you record your own audio file if you choose to speak your greeting yourself. 

Please note the different categories in the drop down. You will want to select Voicemail Greeting if you are creating a voicemail greeting.
