Follow the process below to change your voicemail greeting for Zoom Phone using a computer or a web browser.
How-To
You can change your voicemail greeting for your Zoom Phone from a computer or a web browser on a mobile device.

Sign in to the Zoom Web Portal.

In the navigation menu, click Phone then Settings.

Under Greeting & Leave voicemail instruction, click Edit.

Click Add Audio.

Record a new greeting or Upload a file.
NOTE: You will also want to change the Closed Hours voicemail greeting if you don't have Business Hours Set to 24 hours a day.
Outcome
After completing these steps, the new voicemail greeting will be saved and active on your Zoom Phone, ensuring callers hear the updated message.
