Set Voicemail Greeting

How do I record my own voicemail greeting on Zoom Phone? 

Overview

You can change your voicemail greeting for your Zoom Phone from a computer or a web browser on a mobile device. 

1. Sign in to the Zoom Web Portal.

2. In the navigation menu, click Phone then Settings.

3. Under Greeting & Leave voicemail instruction, click Edit.

4. Click Add Audio.

5. Record a new greeting or Upload a file.

NOTE: You will also want to change the Closed Hours voicemail greeting if you don't have Business Hours Set to 24 hours a day.
