Receive Call Queue Calls

Overview

If you are part of a call queue and you want to receive calls for that queue, please opt-in to receive calls by following the directions below. 

Resolution

  1. Open the Zoom App 
  2. Click on your Profile picture on the top right 
  3. Go down to "Receive Shared Calls" OR "Receive Queue Calls" and toggle the switch
