Why are some emails being delayed when sending?

·Safe Links is a Microsoft feature that in part provides scanning and verification of links in email messages. The Pre-Delivery Detonation setting is being enabled to reduce the number of times users see the “Blocked because Microsoft is still scanning the page” message, in turn helping provide the best possible experience for end users.
·Users may experience a delivery delay of 2 to 5 minutes for e-mails containing links that have not previously been scanned by Microsoft.
