Zoom Phone Not Ringing

Question

My Zoom phone or desk phone is not ringing when someone calls me, what can I check? 

Overview

  1. Check your business hours in Zoom
    1. Go to the Zoom webpage > Login with SSO > Phone > Under Call Handling, check Business Hours
  2. Verify DND button is not on the physical Yealink phone
  3. Verify there is no holiday scheduled for the day 
  4. Verify correct time zone under Profile section on the Zoom webpage
  5. Verify correct time zone within Outlook settings File > Options > Calendar > Time zones  
  6. Verify correct time and time zone on local computer with the Zoom Application is being used
