How do I sign into the Zoom app on iPhone using my University Zoom account?
Overview
- Download the ZOOM app from the Apple App Store or Download the ZOOM app from the Google Play Store
Note: This tutorial was made using an iPhone but the steps are nearly identical for Android devices.
- Open the Zoom app

- Select Sign in

- Select SSO

- Enter minnstate into the field, then select go

- Your web browser will open onto signon.minnstate.edu. Enter your StarID and Password, then select Sign On

NOTE: After 7 attempts, zoom locks your account for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, the user should be able to try again
- Your web browser will prompt you to Open this page in Zoom. Select Open

- Your Zoom app should now open and be signed into your University Zoom account
