Import e-mail addresses into your Junk E-mail Filter Lists (PC)

1. Open an email
2. Click the Message tab
3. In the Delete group, click Junk, and then click Junk Email Options

For each of the following tabs Safe Senders, Safe Recipients, or Blocked Senders, click Import from File
