Wrap-Up Time

Question

If I am toggled into a queue to receive calls, and I need more wrap-up time after I get done with a call, how do I get more time? 

Overview

If you need more time to wrap up a queue call, toggle out of the queue until you are finished and then toggled back in. 

1. From the Zoom App, go to Profile - Receive Shared Calls - Toggled the queue button off
2. Once you are done with your wrap-up, you can toggle the queue button back on
