Toggling in and out of Call Queue for Additional Wrap-Up Time

Overview

This article explains how Zoom Phone users can temporarily toggle out of a call queue to allow additional wrap-up time after completing a call. Toggling out of the queue prevents new calls from being routed to you while you finish post-call tasks. Once you are ready to receive calls again, you can toggle back into the queue.

How-To

If you need more time to wrap up a queue call, toggle out of the queue until you are finished and then toggled back in. 

  1. From the Zoom App, go to Profile - Receive Shared Calls - Toggled the queue button off
  2. Once you are done with your wrap-up, you can toggle the queue button back on

Outcome

After completing these steps, you will temporarily stop receiving queue calls while you complete wrap-up tasks and can resume call handling when ready.
