Call queues allow account owners and admins to route incoming calls to a group of users. Each call queue has a maximum of 50 members.
Zoom Phone allows admins to manage their call queues by adding or removing members, modifying hours, holiday hours, overflow options, and automatic recording.
Zoom Assistant is a compact desktop panel that allows phone users to quickly find their contacts, access and manage speed dial, make and receive calls, and transfer calls.
If you need more time to wrap up a queue call, toggle out of the queue until you are finished and then toggled back in.
Zoom phone allows call queues to be managed with proper access. Admins can modify queue notifications through the portal.
