Overview
I can't see all my email messages - I see older ones but not newer email messages.
How-To
Instructions
- Verify Outlook connectivity
- Check all folders to see if message went into the wrong folder
- Check to make sure that emails are not being routed into the Focused Inbox (View – Show Focused Inbox to toggle ON/OFF)
- Check the mailbox rules to rule out any mis-routed emails, if needed, remove the rule
- Compare results from the web client to the local client by going to Office.com and sign in with your StarID and password
Outcome
No issues detected - Outlook is connected and all messages are appearing correctly across all folders and clients.
