Unblocking Incoming Phone Numbers (Zoom, Cell Phone) to Prevent Call Verification Failure

Issue Description

I'm attempting to use MFA's call back feature. The call never arrives.

Resolution

Our MFA provider, Microsoft, makes calls from the following numbers.  Make sure these numbers are not blocked.  If this is blocked on your Cell Phone, unblock it there.  If the call isn't arriving at Zoom, create a ticket to IT Solutions, stating that MFA phone numbers are being blocked by Zoom.

  • +1 (855) 330 8653, and
  • +1 (877) 668 6536
