Problem: I'm attempting to use MFA's call back feature. The call never arrives.
Possible Answer: Our MFA provider, Microsoft, makes calls from the following numbers. Make sure these numbers are not blocked. If this is blocked on your Cell Phone, unblock it there. If the call isn't arriving at Zoom, create a ticket to IT Solutions, stating that MFA phone numbers are being blocked by Zoom.
