MavPrint is a student printing service available to all currently-enrolled students. MavPrint provides students use of over 40 printers at various locations throughout the Mankato and Edina campuses as well as residence halls including Stadium Heights Residence Community.


Adobe Sign is a cloud-based e-signature service for faculty and staff that allows the user to send, sign, track, and manage signature processes using a browser or mobile device.


Workday is a cloud-based system where employees can complete tasks like entering time, creating reports, managing purchases, and many other HR and finance tasks. Additionally, all university faculty and staff job positions are posted and applied for using Workday.


Kaltura MediaSpace is the statewide media management system. Upload, edit, manage, and share videos with MediaSpace. Plus, it's fully integrated with a screen capture tool (Kaltura Capture), and faculty can directly embed MediaSpace content into D2L Brightspace.

TeamViewer is a remote assistance computer software, allowing IT Solutions Center staff to help with maintenance of computers and other devices remotely.


Respondus LockDown Browser is a custom browser that locks down the testing environment within D2L Brightspace Quizzes. Respondus Monitor is an additional feature of LockDown that records webcam activity while testing.
