Overview
This article is for employees and provides instructions to view or reset a Zoom Phone Voicemail PIN.
How-To
Employees must set a PIN to use a desktop (Yealink) phone, (or dial in) to check and manage voicemail messages. In order to call into your voicemail box from a different phone, you must first select "Allow callers to check voicemail" in your phone settings. To view or reset a PIN, follow these instructions:
Zoom App
- Go to your profile icon (or gear) in the upper right corner > Settings
- Select Phone from the left-hand side
- On the right-hand side of the window click my account online.
- Sign in with your StarID and password.
- Select Phone from the left-hand side
- Scroll down to PIN Code and select Show or Edit
- From there you can view your current pin or reset it
Zoom Portal
- Go the the Zoom portal https://link.mnsu.edu/zoomphone
- Sign in with your StarID and password.
- Select Phone from the left-hand side
- Scroll down to PIN Code and select Show or Edit
- From there you can view your current pin or reset it
NOTE: in order to call into your voicemail box from a different phone, you must first select "Allow callers to check voicemail" in your phone settings which can be found if you scroll up to the call handling section under settings.
