Voicemail PIN Viewing or Reset on Zoom Phone

Question

How do I view or reset my Zoom Phone Voicemail PIN?

Overview

Employees must set a PIN to use a desktop (Yealink) phone, (or dial in) to check and manage voicemail messages.

NOTE: in order to call into your voicemail box from a different phone, you must first select "Allow callers to check voicemail" in your phone settings.
